When you submit a lesson request, we collect the student's name, an optional age range, the subject of interest, preferred schedule, and a parent/guardian's (or adult learner's own) name, email and/or phone number, plus any notes you choose to add. We intentionally keep this list short — we do not ask for the student's address, birthdate, school name, grade number, photo, or any other unnecessary personal detail.

How We Use It

Booking request information is used solely to evaluate and schedule your request and to contact the parent/guardian (or adult learner) about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Information you submit is stored securely in our database and is retained until your request is resolved or you ask us to delete it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
